This video was filmed in Sarah Baartman district, Eastern Cape province, and chronicles the Community Dialogues Approach implemented by the USAID Tuberculosis South Africa Project. The Approach, which starts with capacity building for stakeholders who will moderate dialogues with multiple actors at community levels aims to increase community engagement in identifying context-specific challenges in TB diagnosis, treatment and retention in care and coming up with tailored responses to these.
