The USAID TB South Africa Project is seeking an organization(s) through which to develop, plan, negotiate and buy community television (TV) and radio airtime, as well as outdoor media and transit media. This service is required for the development and placement of messages aimed at increasing target audiences’ knowledge and awareness about TB and create TB demand for services in the supported districts.

Under this scope of work, the selected group(s) will be responsible for;

  1. Developing four (4) thematic (loss to follow-up, treatment success, death rates and TB infection, prevention and control) visual and audio public service announcements in six local languages (English, Southern Sotho, Afrikaans, Zulu, Sepedi and Xhosa)
  2. Buying media time for placing public service announcements (PSAs) covering targeted TB messages during specified times on community radio and television stations
  3. Development of four (4) thematic artworks (loss to follow-up, treatment success, death rates and infection, prevention and control) for taxi branding and store fascia boards in seven (7) local languages (English, Southern Sotho, Afrikaans, Zulu, Sepedi, siSwati and Xhosa)
  4. Media buying for taxi branding and store facia boards in identified areas in supported districts
